A return request may be considered if the product is unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories and any items supplied with the product.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our team.

Incorrect Product Received

Electrical Products
For electric Bakhoor burners and other electrical products, please follow the supplied usage and safety instructions carefully.
Damage resulting from misuse, unsuitable power sources, water exposure, unauthorised modification or improper handling may not qualify as a product defect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and any applicable return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and the outcome of our review.

Refunds
